Windborne Music Taps Juan Del Castillo as Featured Vocalist for The Music of Journey in its Classic Rock Symphony Series

Houston, TX — Windborne Music has announced that acclaimed vocalist Juan Del Castillo will join its celebrated Classic Rock Symphony series as the permanent featured vocalist for The Music of Journey. Having performed the show in the past, Del Castillo will officially debut in his new role on July 26 at The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts in Houston, performing with the world-class Houston Symphony.

The Music of Journey is part of Windborne Music’s renowned Classic Rock Symphony series, which features orchestral arrangements of legendary rock catalogues, performed live with world-class vocalists and musicians. The show blends the iconic sound of Journey with the power and grandeur of a full symphony orchestra, creating a concert experience that is both nostalgic and electrifying.

With Juan Del Castillo at the microphone, Windborne Music is set to deliver Journey’s soaring anthems and heartfelt ballads like never before. Del Castillo brings unmatched energy and authenticity to the band’s timeless hits. From “Open Arms” to “Don’t Stop Believin’,” audiences will be taken on an unforgettable journey through symphonic rock, backed by a full orchestra and Windborne’s acclaimed rock band ensemble.

Del Castillo is a seasoned live performer known for his commanding vocal range and a timbre that mirrors Steve Perry’s iconic sound. He is best known to Journey fans as the lead singer of DSB (Don’t Stop Believin’), one of the most celebrated Journey tribute acts in the country. For the past two decades, Del Castillo has captivated audiences across the U.S. and beyond, headlining major stages and performing for tens of thousands of fans.
